General

Frederikssund is a central town in North Zealand with 17,244 inhabitants (2024) located by Roskilde Fjord. The town is part of Frederikssund Municipality and the Capital Region of Denmark. In 1652, Frederikssund was named after the reigning king, Frederik III, and was granted town privileges in 1810.
The town has an S-train line and a highway directly to Copenhagen. Population growth is expected in both Frederikssund town and the municipality over the coming years, and there are major plans for the city in both logistical and cultural aspects.
The project "Bløden 43" is located behind the main street in the heart of Frederikssund.
The rental market in Frederikssund, like most other places in North Zealand, is very healthy, and especially smaller apartments are selling fast. Throughout North Zealand, too many large units in the form of detached houses, villas, and larger apartments have been built, which do not meet the increasing demand for "single and minimal" living, a trend that is gaining popularity in most parts of Denmark. Only about 20% of the homes in Frederikssund Municipality are under 75 square meters, but the demand is much greater.
The construction period is expected to be 8-9 months, and the developer plans to put the apartments on the market about six months before completion, so that everything is leased out when full occupancy approval is granted.
